At the helm of Katherine’s Château stands Katherine Gregory, a visionary entrepreneur whose journey from the bustling world of Bay Street to the tranquil haven of Collingwood is as inspiring as it is remarkable.
With a distinguished career in financial services, Kathy’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to found a national financial services organization and after nurturing it to unprecedented success for 25 years she sold it and gracefully transitioned to her next chapter, driven by her passions for hosting, travel, fine wines, and elegant home décor. Recognized as one of Canada’s top most powerful and influential women, Katherine's dedication to creating unforgettable experiences and giving back to her community continues to shape the essence of Katherine’s Château, where every detail reflects her unwavering commitment to excellence and everyday elegance.

Karim Morgan
Meet our esteemed Managing Director, Karim Morgan. His personalized touch and meticulous care are evident in his thoughtful approach to guest service and his dedication to fostering partnerships with Collingwood's culinary artisans and community groups. Karim brings his passion for design and hospitality to every aspect of the Château experience, from curating the finest selection of champagnes to overseeing our home décor boutique and lounge, ensuring that every visit is nothing short of extraordinary.
Originally trained as a classical actor, he enjoyed a successful career across Canada spanning 18 years. He ultimately transitioned from the arts to the world of administration and served as the chief diversity officer at Katherine’s previous organization. Karim has a passion for travel and international cuisine. The Chateau combines his love of organization, fine dining, hosting, and beautiful decor.
